Melbourne Music Week returns this November with a nine-day program of 110 events featuring 240 artists. Events will be held at a variety of locations around the city with this years MMW hub being at the iconic State Library Victoria.
Here are some of the shows we’re looking forward to seeing!

THE DRONES + MY DISCO
In an exclusive event The Drones will be performing songs from their back catalogue and latest album Feelin’ Kinda Free in the historic Melbourne Town Hall (and will even be making use of the Town Halls famed grand organ!) Supported by My Disco, it sounds like it will be an amazing show.

HUSH: AN EVENING OF QUIET MUSIC AT THE PARLIAMENT
Dan Kelly, Teeth & Tongue, Melody Pool, Sui Zhen, Jess Rebeiro, Grand Salvo, Man Made Mountain, Davey Craddock and The Grand Magoozi play in Parliament House’s Queens Hall, Federation and Library rooms in the first Victorian installment of this award winning concert series. Established by WA songwriter Davey Craddock and radio presenter Stacy Gougoulis, Hush: An Evening of Quiet Music takes the nations best songwriters, places them in heritage buildings and asks that the audience remains perfectly quiet.

MORNING RITUAL at THE HUB
Kick start your mornings with a bunch of concerts on the forecourt of the Hub at the State Library. MUSIC IN MOTION
Melbourne Music Video Festival and Eye Sea Films co-present a curated screening of imaginative music videos and a panel discussion on concept development, the importance of creativity over budget, realistic expectations and how to incorporate videos into press strategies.
